I was unsure if this program would make a huge difference as I thought I ate pretty well. I also don’t cook so was relying on my husband to get on board as well. I did the program because I wanted to make sure I was eating as well as I thought & possibly stop feeling bloated & improve my overall well-being. Eating a regular breakfast, which I haven’t done for the longest time, has made the biggest difference. I’m more aware of what makes me feel unwell.
I recommend the program to anyone! No matter how well you think you eat, or how active you are. It’s simple & easy while guiding you, not forcing you.
