I now forget that I have Endometriosis at time.

I was unsure about doing the program only because I didn’t think I would stick with it. But after seeing and feeling results within a few weeks it motivated me to keep going. And the encouragement from Anne-Marijke helped  too.

I’ve experienced better sleep, energy levels, less bloating, less mid-cycle (where my endo pain was at its worst), shorter periods, increased iron levels and improved thyroid function (bonus!)

I would recommend this program because Anne-Marijke is very supportive and down to earth to discuss anything with and very knowledgeable with her nutrition for endometriosis. I will continue to keep going with the diet plan once the 12 weeks are over, the recipes are yum!
